Basic Flare Set(Mint)

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Regina's Klosett E- Gift card only

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE ITEM'S DESCRIPTION, AS SOME ITEMS ARE TRUE TO SIZE AND CONTAINS LITTLE TO NO STRETCH!

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@Reginasklosett.com. If your return is accepted due to our mistake, you will be issued a return label via email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping cost. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Info@Reginasklosett.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any white items, t-shirts, or accessories. Unfortunately, we do-not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during a sale or promotion.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are usually shipped 1-2 days after the order is placed.Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to show.

To ensure that your order is delivered in a timely fashion, please make sure your address is entered properly and includes correct information such as, apartment numbers, zip codes and street numbers.

Regina's Klosett does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered packages, if the address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect.
