💼 Regina’s Klosett Return & Exchange Policy

We’re committed to providing stylish, quality pieces you'll love — but we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle returns and exchanges at Regina’s Klosett:


Return Window: 5 Days Only

We accept return or exchange requests within 5 days of your order being delivered.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges after this timeframe.


💳 Refunds Are Issued as Store Credit

All eligible returns are refunded in the form of a Regina’s Klosett E-Gift Card.
This store credit can be used for any future purchase.

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods — no exceptions. Our store credit policy allows us to process returns more efficiently while continuing to provide affordable pricing and small-batch inventory.


Final Sale Policy

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons or order specifics. These items are considered final sale and include:

  • White clothing items

  • Pre-orders

  • Sale and discounted items

We recommend double-checking your order before confirming purchase, especially with any final sale pieces.


Return Requirements

To be accepted, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be sent back in its original packaging

  • Return must be approved prior to shipping it back

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will be denied and sent back to the customer.

We do our best to include accurate sizing and fabric details in every product description. Some items may be true to size, while others offer little to no stretch. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.

💌 How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, email info@reginasklosett.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • If we made an error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), you will be sent a prepaid return label and instructions.

  • For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We’ll still guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — your return will not be accepted without prior approval.

Damages, Missing Items & Order Issues

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but we understand that things can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing Info@Reginasklosett.com. Be sure to include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis, but we’ll always do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. Your satisfaction means everything to us!
