Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are usually shipped 1-2 days after the order is placed.Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to show.

To ensure that your order is delivered in a timely fashion, please make sure your address is entered properly and includes correct information such as, apartment numbers, zip codes and street numbers.

Regina's Klosett does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered packages, if the address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect.
